As most of our clients come to us by way of referrals, it's not surprising many retain us for their service contracts. One reason is that in addition to the expected manufacturers' warranties, we offer an initial period of continuing free technical help and advice in the event of any unforeseen problems after commissioning. We also offer back up and support and can offer extremely preferential rates on continuing service agreements. Service Agreements 
Our planned maintenance contracts are available with emergency call out facilities subject to our general terms and conditions(available on request).
Maintenance agreements can be offered for acceptance for a period of 30 days following the date of our quotation and will remain in force for one year, and are subject thereafter to three months notice in writing by either party. We reserve the right to revise these charges on the first anniversary of the date of commencement. It is necessary to notify us promptly of any faults or abnormal functioning of equipment and not to add to, move or modify in any way the equipment supplied or any part of it without notifying us of such change or move, as these may invalidate warranties. |
